Order Clerk – Montreal QC 

Job Description

Reporting directly to the Manager, receiving and processing orders, the order clerk is responsible for preparing orders and helping colleagues as needed.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare orders according to our standards.
  • Transmit the necessary information to the packer, such as the number of pieces, boxes, items ordered.
  • Help with replenishment.
  • Help other colleagues in your department as needed.
  • Keep workspaces clean.
  • Assist other warehouse departments, when necessary.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Good physical shape, ability to lift boxes up to 70lb
  • Rigor and attention to detail
  • Good work ethic
  • Experience with a bar code reader (RF Scanner)
  • Warehouse experience an asset
  • Experience with a pallet truck an asset
  • Good ability to work in a team
  • Ability to perform various tasks
  • Carry out daily responsibilities independently
  • Be proactive with a good sense of responsibility
  • Sense of urgency
  • French (English an asset)
